There was one problem she got stuck on and I could see why it was challenging. I had to actually break the problem down into 4 parts, and then each part took about 4 to 6 lines of working to work it out. Then I had to put the 4 parts back together into an equation to find the answer. Then I had to explain the whole thing to my sister until she understood it enough to be able to solve similar questions 🙂

It made me remember, this is the way I look at any challenging goal, whether it be in maths, or in business, in fitness, or in ANY area of life. And it’s the reason I’ve been successful in many areas. I take things that look difficult and break them down into smaller more manageable chunks, and then put them together.

All of you have that ability, and I hope that the video above while containing some seemingly obvious information, will inspire many of you to look again at chasing dreams that you may have put in the ‘too hard’ basket.

As the popular American author, Mark Twain once said, “The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret of getting started is breaking your complex, overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks, and then starting on the first one.”

I welcome your comments,

Kind regards,

Mark Ling, Co Founder, Amazing Self

P.S.I’m running a LIVE online webinar on Monday November 8, at 9pm EST (Click Here to see what time that is in your own local timezone).
