What I especially like is your take on ‘hard work’. I think for too long the human race has put too much emphasis on ‘hard work’ rather than ‘smart work’. Working smart is in many ways linked to your keys to dealing with ‘procrastination’. A smart worker outsources or delgeates thus avoiding overloading himself with the mundane as also avoiding procrastination. Pareto’s law or the 80-20 principle is so relevant – most of us spend 80 % of our time doing things that matter only 20%! The key is to get this balance right! Wishing you the best in your endeavours

I’ve been caught up in a clearing process lately, and I just noticed that while I was feeling quite vulnerable, my attention was on my outside areas of my body (felt kinda like armor). I switched my attention to my core (back of head, spine area, inside through the middle of my torso), my emotions instantly changed, and now I feel great!

Thank you so very much! Your work was well done and the techniques work. You may want to proofread. The only thing I would disagree with is your statement that meditation can make your thoughts stop. My belief is that it will slow the process and the only way to make them stop (from your present body) is to die. I could, of course, be wrong.

Six months ago my mom passed and my reaction to everything was with anger. When I started blowing up at my wife and kids being no fault of theirs I started to ask myself why. Long story short my upbringing was one of tough love. Nothing was ever good enough and this has followed me in to my adult life with great limitations. Now that the problem has been identified changes must begin. The exact kind of changes outlined here. Timing for this special repot and the release of Amazing Self could not have been better. All though I believe everything truly happens for a reason. Thank you!

There is so much good information coming out right now. My biggest challenge is overcoming the negative “self talk”. I know that it is all within my power to change. Funny how your own mind and habits are also your worst enemies.

At this stage, I had a quick look at the Report and I am sure that it is hightly valuable information. I look forward to readong it right through.
